Sif, also called Abg Sif, is the owner-mechanic. You come back because he explains repairs line by line, breaks down the bill, and will hand you the old parts if you ask. The shop runs in English, which helps if you would rather not negotiate engine work in another language. Pricing lands in the reasonable range, and Sif will tell you when a repair is not actually needed.
