More detail: the full write-up

Best fit for scooter riders chasing more out of a class 2B machine. Also for owners who want overhauls and carb work done by hands that will explain the job. Big-bike commuters with straightforward servicing will be looked after too. Go in with a clear ask. Message ahead before riding across the island, parts and slot availability move fast on promo weeks.

The lowdown. Motorcycle workshop tucked into 5 Soon Lee Street in Jurong West. Sits opposite the usual cluster of industrial units west of Pioneer MRT. Arizo handles servicing and repairs across 2-stroke and 4-stroke bikes, with a strong scooter spec lean. The same outfit runs Rocket Rentals out of the unit, so short-term bike rental sits next to the workbench. Open afternoons into evening, late on Saturdays, closed Sundays.

What riders say. Scooter performance work is the bread and butter. RS8 CVT installs come up often. Riders travel in from Punggol and the east for the promo, with Atan or boss Arizo doing the fit. Top-set servicing, carburettor work, exhaust repacks (Yoshimura R77 mentioned) and full engine overhauls are all in the rotation. Both class 2B underpowered bikes and bigger 4-strokes get tuned here.

The house style is talk-you-through-it. Mechanics offer a seat so you can watch the work and explain what they are doing as they go. Ask for Atan, Yol, Dil or Ary on the floor, or for Arizo if you need scheduling flexed. Pricing lands on the reasonable side for overhauls and spec work.

"He explained every process with great knowledge."
