The lowdown. Tuning workshop on Kaki Bukit Ave 4, run by Ryan. The day-to-day is performance work: ECU flashing across multiple brands, dyno tuning after exhaust swaps, Ducati desmo valve service, and OEM parts sourcing for European bikes. Not a walk-in tyre shop. You come here when you want the bike set up properly, or when a mainstream dealer has run out of answers.

What riders say. Ryan is the name on every job. Riders bring in Aprilia RSV4s and RS125s, Ducati Monsters, Suzuki V-Stroms, Yamaha R3s and Honda CBR400RRs. Mostly tuning and ECU work after an exhaust or intake change. Before-and-after dyno sheets get walked through with you so you understand the gain and the throttle change. Desmo service on Ducatis is a quiet specialism the shop is not loud about.

Parts sourcing is where the shop pulls ahead. For European OEM, the workshop runs its own courier express account out of Italy, so waits are days rather than the usual three to six weeks. Ryan also sends photo updates while the bike is in.
