More detail: the full write-up
A solid neighbourhood workshop for scooter and commuter riders who want honest servicing without the upsell. Best for routine work: oil, CVT, brakes, chain and sprocket, light electrical, simple bolt-ons. Be more careful with non-standard accessory installs, and pin down parts pricing up front since that is where complaints cluster. If you ride an Xmax or Nmax around the east, it is worth a first visit.
The lowdown. General motorcycle workshop tucked inside Synergy @ Kaki Bukit, off Kaki Bukit Road 4. Day to day they handle servicing, engine oil changes, CVT and brake work on scooters, carburettor cleaning, sprocket and chain swaps, rewiring jobs, and accessory fitment like fuel tank installs. A young boss runs the floor with a small team of mechanics. Walk-in friendly during weekday hours.
What riders say. The draw is straight-talking diagnosis. Mechanics will tell you what still has life left and what genuinely needs replacing, instead of pushing a full parts list. Munir gets named for rewiring, carburettor service and sprocket changes. Ahping gets named for accessory installs. Xmax owners come in for CVT and braking work. Engine oil is the bread and butter, with bottles priced around $15 to $25 and Amsoil sitting at $20 to $23, paired with Honda genuine oil filters.
No aggressive upselling, and the mechanics provide honest and straightforward feedback.
The friction is on parts pricing and post-job follow-up. Spare parts have been called expensive. One Nmax owner who paid for a 10L auxiliary tank install found the tank only takes 8L of fuel, and messages after the job went unanswered. Confirm spec and capacity in writing before you leave a deposit on aftermarket fitments.
