What riders say. Walk in for a regular service and you get the kampung treatment. Coffee chat while the bike sits on the dyno. Ayie has a name for Xmax 300 work and scooter setups in general. Abg Lan will ride out on a weeknight when a chain snaps roadside. The house R-tech oil comes with a free filter swap. Small-job pricing is reasonable.

Major engine work is where the trust falls down. Bikes have come in for overhaul, billed for itemised parts. A teardown elsewhere found the crankshaft and piston untouched. The same R-tech oil has gone in and engines have come out noisy soon after. Chain and sprocket fitment has gone loose the day after. Reply speed is fast at the quotation stage. It drops off once a warranty issue lands.
