More detail: the full write-up

Best for buyers who like a big showroom with plenty of stock and a named salesperson to walk them through. Hudson, Derrick, Daniel and Samuel get repeat thanks. Treat the deal like any large purchase. Get every cost in writing, inspect the bike fully before driving off and keep your own paper trail on insurance and guarantor changes. If you want a small shop with one mechanic owning your bike from start to finish, this is not that.

The lowdown. Multi-brand motorcycle dealer in Kampong Ubi Industrial Estate, a short ride from Ubi MRT. New and used bikes across class 2B, 2A and 2 fill the floor, from Yamaha NMAX, Aerox and XMAX to BMW GS and used big-bike stock. Sales is the main visit. Walk in for a quotation, a test-ride booking, financing and handover. The in-house workshop also handles OBU swaps, basic servicing and post-sale fixes.

What riders say. Owner Patrick is the face of the shop and threads through most positive deals, often with freebies thrown in at handover. Ask for Daniel, Derrick, Hudson, Samuel, Jun Han, Harith or Richard on the sales floor. Friendly walk-throughs, patient explanations for first-time buyers and clear breakdowns of the bike are the consistent strengths. Rental handovers from Daniel get singled out for going beyond the contract.

The friction is on paperwork and after-sales. GST and admin fees can land at signing or settlement when buyers thought the headline price was final. Insurance and guarantor admin has been mishandled, with the cost pushed to the rider. Post-sale niggles (flat batteries on new NMAX, brake squeal, missing exhaust silencer, slow replies) have dragged on for weeks with shifting answers between sales and workshop.

"Sales process was smooth. Post sales treatment is terrible."
