More detail: the full write-up
Best for KTM and Husqvarna owners who want marque-specialist hands on the bike, whether for first service, valve work or sorting out a used buy. Go in knowing what you want done. The mechanics earn the trust the counter sometimes loses, so book a slot, name the job, and let Fazli or Eddie do the diagnosis before you green-light any extras.
The lowdown. KTM and Husqvarna specialist tucked into Tampines Industrial Park A on Tampines Street 93. Sales, servicing and spare parts for the orange bikes sit under one roof, with a glass-door showroom upstairs and the workshop bay below. Family-run feel. The shop also takes in second-hand KTMs bought elsewhere for diagnostics and servicing.
What riders say. This is the place riders bring 390 Dukes, 790 Adventures, Super Dukes and Husqvarna Vitpilens for routine service, valve checks and post-purchase diagnostics. Mechanics are the draw. Fazli gets repeat callouts for meticulous work and walking owners through what the bike actually needs versus what it does not. Eddie sorts clutch and exhaust gremlins. Soon handles general troubleshooting. Mike at the parts counter knows the KTM catalogue cold. Ong runs the floor and replies to most reviews himself.
Front-of-house is the weak spot. Counter manner from one of the mechanics has tipped into rudeness on bad days, with complaints about being snapped at over small parts purchases. Walk-in browsing without a clear ask has also drawn cold shoulders. One return diagnostic missed a coolant temperature issue that surfaced on the next ride.
Good to know."Saving up for your burdens because they are the true professional."
