More detail: the full write-up
Good fit if you are buying your first bike or a used mid-capacity Yamaha or Honda and want the numbers explained without a hard sell. Refinancers get the same straight-talk treatment. Less reliable as a rental counter, especially for cross-border trips. Walk in with the model and budget you have in mind, ask for Nic, and get every freebie written into the final quotation before deposit.
The lowdown. Used and new motorcycle dealer at Synergy@KB on Kaki Bukit Rd 4, a short ride from Bedok. The shop sells across Yamaha and Honda, with XSR, NMAX, XMAX, Aerox, Tracer 9GT, R15M and CB400X all coming through the door. Sales is the main visit. Loan and refinancing paperwork is handled in-house, and quotations are broken down line by line before you commit.
What riders say. Ask for Nic. He runs most of the deals, walks first-time buyers through the cost breakdown, and keeps the pressure low while you decide. Darren also gets named on the floor. The pace is unhurried for a dealer: people text questions days before walking in, including on Sundays when the shop is shut, and still get replies. Negotiation is open, and freebies are commonly thrown in when you take the in-house loan.
No gimmick, honest, helpful, accommodating.
The friction sits on the rental side. One rider showed up to collect a booked NC750 and was told the insurance would not cover a Malaysia ride, with no alternative bike on offer. If you are coming for a rental, confirm insurance scope and cross-border coverage in writing before you cab down.
