More detail: the full write-up
Best for buyers shopping Yamaha or used big bikes who want a transparent quote and a quick collection. Also worth a visit if your bike has a wiring or electrical gremlin other shops keep guessing at. Be firm on after-sales: pin down warranty terms, parts provenance and any freebies in writing before you pay. If a fault appears post-sale, expect to push for the fix.
The lowdown. Motorcycle dealer and workshop tucked inside E9 Premium at Woodlands Industrial Park. The shop sells new and used bikes across Yamaha and BMW, handles servicing, OBU installation, exhaust fitting and general repair. Norman runs the sales floor with Zac. Thambi and a small mechanic crew handle the spanner work in the back. Closed Sundays.
What riders say. Sales is the main draw. Walk in for a quote on a Yamaha XMAX, Aerox, MT-09 SP or a used BMW S1000R. Norman or Zac will itemise the on-the-road price line by line: aftermarket exhaust inspection, number retention, trade-in. Deals close fast. Collection inside a week of deposit is common.
Workshop side is more uneven. Thambi gets called out by name for electrical and wiring diagnosis, the kind of unglamorous work other shops shortcut. OBU installs and CVT checks on scooters also come up. The friction is in after-sales. A new-bike ECU fault took a month and a cost-share to resolve. An OBU job failed in the rain the day after fitting. A 12L tank sold by the shop leaked inside a year. Mechanics have also been flagged for talking down a customer's bike in front of them after a sale closed.
Good to know."Fast, honest and reliable. Am riding regularly thanks to them."
