More detail: the full write-up

Best fit if you ride a Yamaha scooter, especially an Aerox or Xmax, and you want a mechanic who walks you through the job rather than handing back a bill. Strong choice for a full overhaul on a higher-mileage bike. Pin down the package contents in writing for the cheaper advertised services, then collect the receipt at pickup.

The lowdown. Fourth-floor unit at 5 Soon Lee Street in Pioneer Point, Jurong West. A small two-man workshop run by mechanic Javith with his partner Boy. Day-to-day work is regular servicing, CVT jobs, full overhauls, suspension swaps, and general repair, with a clear lean towards Yamaha scooters like the Aerox and Xmax. Open six days, late opening at 11.30am, closed Sundays.

What riders say. Javith is the draw. Riders come back because he explains the diagnosis, sends photos and videos through the overhaul, returns the old parts so you can see what was actually swapped, and writes the cost breakdown before starting. The shop refuses to upsell and will tell you when a part does not need changing. Delivery riders mention he factors downtime into his planning.

"He will inform and recommend you if it is necessary to change with reasonable reason."

The friction is pricing transparency on the cheaper packages. The advertised CVT service ran at $135 for one rider instead of the $100 quoted on Instagram and Carousell, with no itemised receipt and no heads-up that a different oil or extra part had been used. Confirm in writing what is included before you hand over the key, and ask for the receipt at collection.
