More detail: the full write-up

Best for KTM Duke owners and anyone after dyno tuning, ECU remaps or a top overhaul without crossing the island. The crew handle big-bore conversions and aftermarket ECUs, and standard servicing prices are fair. Pin every line on the quotation before you pay deposit, set a written approval rule for new charges, and chase for an update if there has been silence for more than two days. Drop the bike off early Saturday if you want it back the same day.

The lowdown. Multi-brand workshop on the fifth floor of Premier @ KB in Kaki Bukit, a short ride from Bedok and Eunos. The work runs from full top overhauls and valve clearance to dyno tuning, ECU remaps, custom paint, fog light wiring and a bike wash. KTM Dukes are the most common bike on the lift.

What riders say. KTM Duke 125, 200 and 390 owners come back for valve service, top overhauls and ECU tuning. Yamaha XSR900 dyno tunes and NMAX big-bore builds also show up regularly. Longer jobs come with photo and video progress updates throughout. Mechanics specialise. Ask for Vicky on diagnostics, Putra or Adam at the front desk, and Sharul on engine teardowns.

The friction is worth pricing in. On long stripdown jobs, communication can go quiet for days at a time. Quotations have grown mid-build with extras later acknowledged by the shop as admin errors. Weekday slots have stretched past three hours of waiting before a bike was touched. The owner replies to almost every complaint and has issued full refunds when work has fallen short.
