More detail: the full write-up

Best if you want one place to handle the bike, the paperwork and the gear. Good fit if you're a first-time owner who wants hand-holding through OTR pricing and registration. Also worth a look if you care about workmanship over the cheapest invoice on a bike you'll keep for years. If you're a price-shopper or DIY diagnoser, you'll clash with the philosophy. Call ahead before turning up; the workshop is busy and they prefer informed visits.

The lowdown. Family-run motorcycle shop on Woodlands Link, run by brothers Benny, Andy and Jason for over 40 years. They sell new and used bikes (Honda, Yamaha, Kawasaki), service almost anything you ride in on, stock helmets and accessories, and handle insurance and road tax paperwork. A second showroom sits at Yishun. The Woodlands branch is the workshop you'd send your bike to for actual spannering.

What riders say. This is the full pipeline shop. Come for a first-bike purchase, an OBU or ERP2 swap, brake work, tyres, batteries, the lot. The Yamaha SR400 crowd in particular vouches for the workmanship. Jason runs the workshop floor and explains faults clearly before work starts. Mechanic Heng and counter staff Kym get repeat name-checks for thoroughness and follow-up on insurance and road tax. When your bike dies on the road, Jason will bring his lorry out and fetch it, even before opening hours.

Loyalty runs deep. Plenty of regulars have been here ten to fifteen years, taking three or four bikes through the same workshop. Pricing sits at the higher end of fair, not cheap. Once in a while there's pushback on parts replaced without explicit approval, or on a labour quote that grew when a voucher came out.
