More detail: the full write-up
Best for buyers picking up a new Kawasaki and anyone hunting OEM or aftermarket parts across the range. Less ideal if you want a workshop that will stand behind a repair after the bike leaves the shop, or if you walk in cold expecting a quick service slot. Ask for Amos or Calvin on the sales side, and pin down every accessory and timeline in your WhatsApp thread so you have a record.
The lowdown. Kawasaki main dealer on Serangoon Road, near Potong Pasir MRT. New and second-hand bikes across the Kawasaki range, with a parts counter, accessories and a workshop for servicing and repairs. Big showroom floor, open six days a week, closed Sundays. Walk in to browse, but book ahead for any service work.
What riders say. Sales is the strongest part of the operation. Amos handles most requests, with Calvin, Ian, Imran, Kelvin and Firdaus on the floor too, and Thunder Mah taking on tougher jobs and unusual bikes. Paperwork moves smoothly on new ZX10Rs, ZX4RRs, N1Ksx units and the occasional Vespa or XSR155, with accessories fitted before collection day. The spare parts counter is responsive too, including for online orders shipped overseas.
The workshop is more uneven. The WhatsApp booking flow works well when it works: drop the bike off, walk to Starbucks at Potong Pasir, wait for the message that it's ready. When it slips, it slips hard. Counter staff have been short with walk-ins, service slots have been missed, and repeat-leak complaints have come back without warranty cover. If something goes wrong post-sale, expect to chase.
