More detail: the full write-up

Best for e-bike and PMD owners in the west who want a careful diagnosis and an honest quote rather than a parts-swap guess. Food delivery riders putting in long hours will get the most out of the comfort and camera setup advice. Not a motorcycle workshop, so Class 2B and above riders should look elsewhere. If you are nearby, message ahead on Carousell with photos before you ride down.

The lowdown. E-bike and PMD repair shop tucked under Blk 347 Kang Ching Road in Jurong West. Repairs, parts, accessory installs and suspension work for electric bicycles and personal mobility devices. The owner runs the bench himself, sticks to LTA rules and is happy to walk you through what is wrong and what it will cost. Closed Sundays.

What riders say. Most visits are diagnostics, repairs and upgrades on e-bikes used for long delivery shifts. Suspension fork swaps, front and rear camera installs and general tuning to make the bike comfortable for full days on the road all come up. The owner is the draw. Expect a clear explanation of the fault, a fix that holds, and tips on keeping the bike in shape afterwards. Pricing is described as reasonable and quoted up front.

Do things properly unlike other e-bike stores i have been to.

Work is LTA-compliant, which matters if you ride a registered e-bike on shared paths. Walk-ins are fine within opening hours, though dropping the bike off for a couple of days is normal for bigger jobs.
