More detail: the full write-up
Best for modern Vespa and Piaggio owners who want a mechanic who will actually explain the job, and who don't mind chasing for updates. Not the place if you need a tight turnaround with no follow-up calls, or if you want a fixed all-in price quoted upfront without a conversation. Drop by midweek with the bike, get the diagnosis in writing, and confirm parts pricing against Piaggio Singapore before you green-light an overhaul.
The lowdown. Vespa and Piaggio scooter workshop tucked inside Carros Centre at Sungei Kadut. Mark runs the spanners, Stefanie handles the front desk and WhatsApp orders. Day to day: servicing modern Vespas (LX, Sprint, GTS 300), carb and belt work, brake jobs, handlebar and accessory swaps, plus shipping out genuine Vespa parts to riders who order remotely. Closed Sundays, open 10am to 8pm the rest of the week.
What riders say. For regulars, the appeal is Mark. He explains what is worn, what can wait, and what he is actually changing. Carb swaps on older Vespas, belt and clutch work on Finos, full diagnosis on Vespa 300s all come up. Workmanship gets called clean and thorough, and the parts business ships quickly with stock that is hard to find elsewhere.
The friction is communication and follow-through. Walk-ins have been left waiting with no one on the floor at opening. Quotes don't always arrive before work starts, and progress updates stop unless you chase. A few owners have come back to redo work or argue over parts pricing on Piaggio components. The owner replies to almost every complaint on Google, often asking for an invoice number to investigate.
