What riders say. Servicing is the daily bread. Mechanic Chuan is the most-named hand on the floor, with Yong, Chuang, Chai and Meng also handling jobs. Diagnosis is methodical and honest. Parts that can last another cycle are flagged as such instead of swapped. On sales, ask for Speed; the handover work on used bikes gets done before keys change hands. Workshop manner is warm without being pushy, and walk-in tyre and battery work is quick.

The friction is consistent and worth knowing. KYMCO OEM parts are priced firm, and sourcing your own is cheaper if you can. Accident-claim work has bound at least one buyer to a referred lawyer because of an ongoing instalment, so read the fine print before you sign.
