More detail: the full write-up
First-time helmet buyers and value-hunting riders get the most out of this shop. Staff teach rather than upsell, which matters when you don't know your shell sizes from your liner pads. Less of a fit if you want European-only stock or appointment-style service. Set aside time to browse, especially on weekday evenings when it gets busiest.
The lowdown. Motorcycle parts and gear shop in the Kaki Bukit industrial estate. KYT helmets, RCB performance parts, jackets, visors, brakes, suspension, rims. Walk-in retail with installation help at the counter, plus a back-and-forth WhatsApp line for stock questions and post-purchase fixes.
What riders say. Staff are the headline. Hadi, Aariz, Amirah, Norman, Bobby, and Dali get named for walking buyers through helmet fit and brand differences without rushing the sale. KYT is the helmet line people come for, often paired with a separate visor or spoiler that gets fitted before you leave.
"Ah bang explained in great details of helmet selection I never knew about."
Pricing skews affordable. Promo bundles, like free helmets for the first ten buyers, and off-season deals come up regularly. Jackets pull a separate crowd: wide selection, riders walking out with their first proper one. WhatsApp replies move fast when something goes wrong post-purchase, like a visor lock loosening on the road.
