More detail: the full write-up

A solid pick if you ride a Ducati, Triumph, BMW, Harley or any Japanese machine and want a workshop that won't reach for parts you don't need. Best for riders who can handle a no-nonsense, occasionally blunt counter style. Drop the bike off, talk through the work with Chong, and don't plan a same-day pickup if it's anything beyond a routine service.

The lowdown. Multi-brand motorcycle workshop tucked inside Enterprise One at Kaki Bukit, off the Bedok side of the island. Chong and his crew handle the full spread: small-capacity commuters through to Ducati, Triumph, BMW and Harley. Servicing, diagnosis, parts and aftermarket accessory installs all run out of the same unit. Closed Sundays.

What riders say. Chong runs the workshop floor. The pitch is straightforward: honest diagnosis, no upselling, parts get changed when they need changing and not before. Brake pads and tyres get flagged on safety grounds rather than to pad the bill. Pricing is fuss-free and explained on the spot. Suspension upgrades get done here too, including K-Tech spring kits on bikes like the Tenere 700.

Ask for Xiao Hao, Eric or Ah Tee on the bench. Track-day rides are organised out of the shop, with Eric and Chong running things for both beginners and experienced riders.

Owner might look and sound a bit intimidating but he is very friendly. Don't judge people.

The manner can read blunt. Bikes sometimes leave later than first promised. Talk to Chong directly and you get a clear technical breakdown of the work.
