After-hours support extends to a loan bike while yours is in for maintenance, which is unusual for a shop this size.

The handover has gone out wrong before. One bike left with the rear plate stuck on without screws and a battery cover left unfixed, after being held over two weeks. Pin the prep checklist and the collection date in writing before paying a deposit, and inspect the bike thoroughly at handover.
