More detail: the full write-up

Best if you are shopping for a new helmet, gloves or jacket and want time to try things on with patient help. The free Cardo swap and Bluetooth pairing is a real perk. If you are buying parts that need fitting, treat the workshop side cautiously: book ahead, drop the bike off, and chase the time estimate yourself. For a fair deal on gear in central Singapore with seven-day access, this is one of the obvious stops.

The lowdown. Motorcycle gear and accessories shop at Kim Hoe Point on Kelantan Lane, just off Jalan Besar in Rochor. Helmets are the main draw, with Shark, Airoh, Acerbis and others lined up to try on. Stock also covers riding jackets, gloves, Cardo Bluetooth comms, cameras and small accessories. An attached workshop handles installation work like camera fits and helmet Bluetooth swaps. Open daily, including Sundays.

What riders say. Walk in and a named staff member usually walks you through the helmet wall. Javier, Chris, Michael, Andy, CJ and Marco come up by name, often pulling stock down so you can try multiple shells before committing. Beginners and learners get the same patience as anyone else. Promotions run constantly, and small free gifts like a carry bag or balaclava tend to come bundled with bigger purchases. A swap of your existing Cardo from an old helmet to a new one is routine.

The attached workshop is the friction point. Camera installs and other fitment work have stretched hours past quoted times, with no proper queue. A returning coolant leak after a camera install drew a serious complaint and a public apology from management.

Lots of free gifts too! Solid staff!

Good to know.
  • Sister shop Lim Ah Boy sits a couple doors away for accessories only
  • Helmets, jackets, gloves and comms all under one roof
  • Cardo Bluetooth swaps and helmet pairing handled in-store
  • For workshop installs, drop the bike off rather than wait around
