RevvMotors

Good fit if you want a Class 2B or 2A bike sorted over WhatsApp with minimal showroom time, or a rental that is actually maintained. Also worth a look if your credit profile is awkward and you need an in-house loan. Build in buffer time around festive periods and confirm your handover date in writing before you commit to selling your old bike.

The lowdown. Motorcycle dealer inside AutoBay@Kaki Bukit, the multi-storey bike mall off Kaki Bukit Ave 6. Used and new bikes across Yamaha, Honda and the usual Class 2B and 2A favourites, plus a busy rental fleet and consignment desk. Sales runs over WhatsApp first, with Haze, Danial and Mizi as the names you will hear most.

What riders say. Most deals are closed without a showroom visit. You message a salesperson, get photos and a clear price breakdown, sign documents, and collect within the week. In-house hire purchase gets approved fast, and a few delivery riders flag that loans went through without a guarantor. Rental bikes come up repeatedly as well kept despite high mileage, with monthly servicing handled by the shop.

"The only thing smoother than the service at RevvMotors is the ride home on my brand new bike."

The friction is timing. When CNY or a colour change hits, handover can slip by a week or more. Buyers accept it because the staff keep them updated, but a few say delivery scheduling is the weak link.

• WhatsApp first. Ask for Haze, Danial or Mizi by name.
• In-house hire purchase available, often without guarantor.
• Rentals, sales, consignment and trade-ins all handled here.
• Remote purchase is normal here. You can buy without coming down.
