More detail: the full write-up

A solid pick if you are buying your first bike and want to be taught rather than sold to. Bukit Batok riders also get a friendly neighbourhood workshop for routine service close to home. Big-bike specialists and tuners should set expectations: this is general sales and maintenance, not a tuning house. Drop by on a weekday afternoon when the floor is quieter and you can actually talk through the bike.

The lowdown. Motorcycle shop on the third floor of WCEGA Plaza in Bukit Batok, doing both sales and workshop work under one roof. New bike sales sit at the front with Gerald and Jeremy. Service work, oil changes, battery swaps and suspension installs happen at the back with mechanic Ah Soon. Open every day of the week, including a shorter Saturday and Sunday.

What riders say. The sales side reads as low-pressure and beginner-friendly. New Class 2B riders get walked through the bike casually, with no upsell push. Gerald in particular gets named for this. Jeremy is the other name to ask for at the counter. Paperwork and collection move quickly once a deal is set.

The workshop is built around Ah Soon. Battery changes, engine and CVT oil services and rear suspension installs are the regular jobs, and he takes the time to explain what he is doing and why. One rider had a breakdown at Tuas Checkpoint and Ah Soon helped push the bike across to a shop in Gelang Patah, JB.

Quite good for newbies also because the owners and mechanics all willing to teach you about your bike
