More detail: the full write-up
Best for big-bike and supersport owners who want a hands-on mechanic who explains the work and quotes straight. Strong on electrical gremlins and scheduled servicing. The catch is busy-day quality control, so do a quick walk-around and a test ride before settling up. Message ahead with your ETA and the job will start on arrival.
The lowdown. Motorcycle workshop inside Synergy@Kaki Bukit, sharing space with Black Industry. Li Tian runs the floor with a small crew of Malaysian mechanics. Day to day they cover scheduled servicing, valve clearance and throttle body work, brake jobs, tyre changes, electrical diagnostics and post-accident inspections. Open till 9.30pm on weekdays, closed Sundays.
What riders say. The draw is Li Tian himself. He talks you through what the bike needs and what it doesn't, lets you watch the work, and will stay past closing to finish a job if you've made an ETA. Pricing is flat and stated upfront. Big-bike servicing is the bread and butter, with MT-09s, Tracer 900s, CBR1000RRs and a Daytona 675R coming through for valve clearance, MCCT swaps, timing chain checks and throttle body sync.
Electrical troubleshooting is a real strength. A CBR1000RR earthing issue was traced and bypassed in five minutes. Headlight faults get diagnosed on the spot rather than booked in for days. Mechanics flag wear you didn't ask about (steering cone bearings, uneven tyre wear, warped discs) without hard-selling the fix. Customers are allowed to bring their own brake pads and discs.
"He doesn't force anything upon you and will give appropriate recommendation upon your desired area of service."
The friction is workmanship slips on busy days. A loose rear brake calliper got missed and only fixed at another shop. One rider felt talked down to when returning with an unresolved issue. Inspect your bike before you ride off.
