Best for older Harley owners chasing performance work, riders with awkward electrical or carb gremlins, and anyone willing to wait for proper diagnostics over a quick patch. Less suited to riders on a tight deadline. If you have an inspection or trip next week, this is not the shop for that turnaround. Drop the bike off with a realistic window in mind, and get every promised completion date written into the job sheet before you leave a deposit.

The lowdown. Well-equipped motorcycle workshop tucked into Woodlands Industrial Xchange off Woodlands Ave 10, near Sembawang. The floor handles general servicing, electrical work and custom jobs, and is the official Singapore service centre for Dr Jekill & Hyde exhausts. They also tune ThunderMax maps for Harley owners. Boss Matt runs a sizeable bay with named mechanics on the floor: Ang, Ah Hong, Owen and service manager Assad.

What riders say. Two threads run through the work here. Matt and his mechanics sit you down and talk through what is actually wrong, then lay out the cheaper fix or the performance route without pushing either. Diagnostics are slow and thorough rather than quick and surface-level. Older Harley owners come for power performance kits and Jekill & Hyde retrofits. Smaller-bike riders, including a Kawasaki W175 owner, come for stubborn starting, carb and battery faults other shops have written off. Electrical and custom jobs also land here when other workshops shrug.

The flip side is timing. Lead times stretch into weeks, occasionally past a month. Updates do come through during the wait, but promised completion dates have slipped on bigger builds, sometimes by months. Plan around that before you commit.
